How to order a test

Ordering either a THEROS CancerTYPE ID® or a THEROS Breast Cancer IndexSM test from bioTheranostics is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Request a FREE shipping kit by completing the Specimen Shipping Kit Order Form (at bottom of page) or by calling bioTheranostics Customer Service at 1-877-886-6739. You may also use your own shipping packaging.
  2. Complete a Test Requisition form for each patient/test needed.
  3. Read the Specimen Collection and Handling Procedures for complete requirements on preparing specimens. For samples requiring decalcification, please read important information regarding the use of decalcifiers for better test results.
  4. Ship specimen when completed. You’ll receive the test results approximately one week after bioTheranostics receives your sample.
