Client Services Admin Assistant

Reports to: Client Services Supervisor


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve incoming case folders from the Lab after FedEx arrives
  • Scan paperwork inside each case folder and email it to Client Services inbox for uploading into SFDC
  • Label and organize case folders
  • Monitor the CS Dashboard throughout the day
    • When dashboard indicates that case is 'Ready to Accession' deliver the case folder to the Lab by 5:30pm so they can Accession the case
    • When dashboard indicates that case is 'Ready to Cancel' deliver the case folder to the Lab so they can return the specimen
  • Communicate directly with Client Services as needed to resolve issues and process cases that fall outside of the normal workflow
  • Address questions from the Lab regarding cases released to them
  • Review paper case folders to ensure electronic orders have been updated correctly
  • Handle requests from the Client Services Supervisor/ Manager

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Outlook/Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and works well under pressure
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their workload
